Price<\/strong><\/p>

Our prices are without commitment and are subject to change without prior notice. Due to the improvements and perfections that our products undergo on regular basis, we reserve the right to change the terms and information in our catalogs and price lists without prior notice. Our goods are invoiced ex works, postage, taxes and fees not included.<\/p>

The delivery times are only a guideline and no obligation.<\/p>

Complaints<\/strong><\/p>

Complaints must be submitted in writing within 8 days of receipt of the goods. Returns are only accepted after prior agreement by us.<\/p>

Payment<\/strong><\/p>

Our supplies and services must, as well as all related taxes, except where otherwise stated and written to be paid to the headquarters of our company cash, net and without discount. The compensation on any overdue payment is, by law and without notice of default, equal to 10% of the total amount to be paid, with a minimum of \u20ac 25, as well as interests equal to 7 points rounded to nearest half or whole percent. This increase clause, agreed upon by the parties according Art. 1152 and 1226 of the Civil Code, shall not prejudice the possible application of Art. 1244 of the same Civil Code.<\/p>

Retention of title<\/strong><\/p>

Notwithstanding Art. 1583 of the Civil Code and by express agreement between the parties, the ownership of the sold goods is transferred to the buyer only after full payment of the price.<\/p>

Disputes<\/strong><\/p>

All disputes between the parties fall within the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of our seat.<\/p>
